Frank Juncheng Guo is a research associate at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University advised by Prof. Cathy Hsu. Previously, he worked with Prof. Leonardo A.N. (Don) Dioko at Macao University of Tourism. His research interests focus on the broad areas of tourism and hospitality: (1) disinformation in hotel and tourism, (2) destination choice, (3) consumer behavior (4) hotel operation optimisation, and (5) travel information crisis.
